WHAT IS CIRCLES?
Circles of Franklin County is a community initiative building relationships across socio-economic lines in order to end poverty in the lives of our local families. We partner families who are working hard to get out of poverty with volunteers (Allies) from the community who provide friendship & encouragement, more brainstorm power, and a stronger network of connections in the community.
The exciting results we see through this initiative are due to the hard work of families striving to get out of poverty situations, and the willingness of volunteers who are committed to seeing families move into long term stability. Families are increasing their income and decreasing reliance on government assistance. People are increasing their education, finding safe and affordable housing, obtaining reliable transportation, seeing their kids succeed in school, finding jobs, etc. This is made possible by your participation in Race Against Poverty. The funds raised through this event go to continue the work of Circles, and allow the initiative to expand. THANK YOU!
If you would like to get more involved in Circles, don’t hesitate to contact us to learn of more opportunities! You can learn more at www.circlesfranklincounty.org, or “like” Circles of Franklin County on Facebook. You can make a difference in the life of someone in need.
