Register1.Register to Walk or Run
Just by registering, you support the cause because 100% of your registration fees help break the cycle of poverty in our local communities. If you can’t be at the event, you can still register and find sponsors to raise funds—and walk or run when a time, place, and distance is convenient for you!
2.Find Your Sponsors
You likely know people who will want to support you as you participate in the Race Against Poverty. You have the opportunity to find your sponsors to raise additional funds for the cause!
Who to Ask
Anyone and everyone! Start with your family & friends, neighbors, and coworkers. Take the Sponsor Form to church or to work and pass it around. Your kids can take the Sponsor Form around the neighborhood. Share your RAP5k Page on your social media accounts to let people know you will be walking or running and looking for sponsors. Big or small, it adds up to make a real impact!
3.Have Fun With It!
Check the leaderboard on our website to see if you, your team, or your employer lead the way as we collectively raise funds! Go to your RAP5k Page or Team Page to track your progress. Get fun Race Against Poverty rewards as you reach the various levels of fundraising!
